75% corn | 21% rye | 4% barley
Our base bourbon, smooth and full-bodied. Aged a minimum of 3 years in American Oak char #3 barrels, it delivers rich notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak.
The Berry
Natural Black Currant
Infused, not flavored. Von Payne Black starts with natural black currant berries that are mashed and soaked in our base bourbon for 2–4 weeks before starining. The result is Von Payne’s signature flavor profile with bold, naturally tart notes and a deep ruby red color.
