Von Payne Black is a 90 proof American whiskey infused with natural black currant.

The taste profile is smooth, slightly sweet, and layered with a tart, earthy berry character.

Technically, it's both!

Von Payne Black begins with a bourbon-base, but because it is infused with natural black currant, it is classified as a whiskey.

No! Von Payne Black is infused, not flavored, with Natural Black Currant.

The black currant is naturally infused through a blending process. We do not use any artifical flavors or syrups.

Von Payne is designed with a functional metal gargoyle pour spout on top of the bottle.

To open it, remove the plastic seal, lift and remove the gargoyle topper from the neck of the bottle and remove the red silicone stopper at the base of the Gargoyle. (DO NOT THROW YOUR SILICONE STOPPERS OUT, THEY ARE NEEDED FOR STORAGE)

The spout can then be placed back securely on your bottle for use.

The bottle should be stored upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

After use, we recomend resealing the bottle with the internal red silicone stopper to keep the bottle properly sealed between pours. Without the silicone stopper in place, the opening aeration feature on the back of the bottle can allow dust or debris to enter, which may affect the product.
